The info listed below applies to private customers. 

 

Price; Prices include VAT 25% and 12% for food

 

Deliverytime:

Freightcosts vill be charged when you reach the shopping cart to check out.

Normal delivery time within 7 workdays. Usually we send the order with DHL.

We take no responsibility for DHL deliverytime or how they handle the goods.

 

Stock:

Usually we have all items in stock. If you order to to give away as a gift on a certain date please check with us first by mail or phone so we can give you a direct answer if the item is in stock.

 

Payment:

Payment is easy and safe with DIBS. DIBS has a high securitystandard and are PCI-certifierade by Trustwave, aninternational organization for safe internet-shopping. All trafik is encrypted SSL 128 bits All card transactions is built on the banks so called 3D-secure technology.

 

Charges:

We show prices inklusive VAT. No other taxes or charges (freight excluded) will be charged on your order unless otherwise is specified. For orders outside the EU import VAT and duty will be charged depending on each countrys conditions.

 

Reimbursement

Eventual  reimbursement is made to your bankaccount within 10 days from received and confirmed return of order.

 

Withdrawal and money back for 14 dagar:

According to Distans- och hemförsäljningslaw you as a customer has the right to regret your purchase within 14 days after you have recieved the order for no special reason.

Provided the product and packaging are in unchanged conditions.

Ie. Not used, opened, destroyed or damaged.

You as customer will pay for the return freightcost and receipt or copy of receipt must be send with the order.

You have to contact us befor you return the order.

We reserve the right to charge you for missing items if the return is not complete.

We reserve the right –(in case the return is made and not confirmed by us- receipt is missing-you have not contacted us befor return)- not reimburse the value of the order.

We will not redeem returns with cash on delivery.

 

Complaints:

According to Konsumentköplaw you as a customer has the right to complaints within 3 years from receiving the item. We apply the konsumentköplaw right to complaints

PLEASE NOTICE! You must save the receipt to be able to use the right to complaints and the item has to be in a unbroken package. Should the item be damaged or wrong on arrival we will fix the fault free of charge.

PLEASE NOTICE. It is important that you make a correct complaint.

Visible fault: Report immediately.

Hidden fault: Report within 7 days from recieving the item.

This does not apply to foods.

An item that is send to you wrongly by our mistake or is damaged will be changed to a new item. In this case we will pay for the return freight.

If you have ordered mor items than the wrong we will not repay the whole freight costs. For wrongly returned item no freightcosts will be repayed nor will the customer get the item back unless nwe freightcost will be charged.

 

Privacy and saftey personal data:

When you place your order with us you will give us your personal data such as name, adress and telephone number. In connection with your registration and order you admit that Västergården AB uses your information in our operations to fullfill our comittments to you. We also document all communications with you by e-mail, all to give you the service you will expect from us.

We will not give your information to third party.

According to Personuppgiftslaw you have the right to the information that we store about you. If it is faulty, incomplete or irrelevant you can demand us to correct or delete the information. In this case please contact us.
