Placing an order
After placing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email.
In this confirmation you will find information such as price, invoice- and delivery address.

Delivery & Stock
Normally your order will be shipped within 7 workdays after placed order.
If your products are not in stock you will be contacted by email with new expected delivery time.
We do not keep stock through our website, if you want to receive your order within a specific date

Unclaimed packages that automatically return to us because of failure to collect will be charged
250 swedish crowns plus freight charges.
This fee cost is based on Swedish shipments, when shipping abroad you will be charged a sum
based on freight company & country fee’s.

Prices & Payment
All prices are presented in Swedish crowns and include Swedish taxes.
Your order will be shipped with DHL or UPS. All shipping fees will be presented on your order.

Complaints & Returns
Products will be inspected before leaving our locale, if your product still arrives damaged or defective
we apply the Consumer Purchases Act to address this issue.
You must always contact us for approval before returning your products.
Visible Shipping damage is to be reported directly to the Service point where you claim your goods,
hidden shipping damage should be reported within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
We preserve the right to charge you for wrongly returned packages.
When purchasing on this website you as a customer have the right to regret your purchase
within 14 days after receiving your order.
